What is the medium that connects you to your emotions?

The best way to practice today’s topic is to play a song that really makes you feel a certain way or inspires you to create. Observe those energies?

Maybe it’s a piece of art? What feelings does it evoke in you and how do you long to express that feeling?

The goal is to be in total connection with the present, so how can we do that?

This falls in line with the pre-meditation shuffle? What connects you to your feelings?

Maybe it’s observing the texture of how something feels in your hand, is it hot or cold? soft , coarse, when we focus on the sensations we feel we are brought back to the present moment. 

Start learning to understand your senses, smell, taste, touch. Really practice hyper-awareness and deep gratitude for these moments of connection and you will begin to experience them more and more. 

Whether you choose to script, or use a different method of connection. Practice finding what helps you tap into your emotions and the vehicle for expression.
