Are you feeling drained?
Are you feeling any physical pain?
I want you to come into awareness of what it is you are feeling.
Is there anything you feel stress or anticipation around the future?
What are you excited to show up for this week?Why?
What are you Dreading to show up for this weekend?Why?
Feel into it. How can you incorporate more of that feeling of excitement?
What happens if you decide to let that go and focus on what is needed in the present moment?
What feels most in alignment with you in this present moment?
Is it taking a nap, sitting on the couch and turning on the TV? Going for a walk? Getting Work Done.
Starting today I want you to begin to observe when these feelings of stress or anxiety arise within you, and begin checking in with yourself and asking yourself in that exact moment what is in your highest alignment and then begin to honor those instances.
AFFIRMATIONS:
-When I honor my truth I begin to align with my highest potential
-It is safe for me to allow my body to rest
-It is of high service to myself and others to honor my own needs
-When I choose to align with what feels best for me in the present, I open myself up to attracting and receive more of the same.
-My body is constantly communicating with me, and the more I honor it’s needs the more clearly I begin to understand my path.
-Growing pains are a normal part of the spiritual process, my only job is to listen to what that pain is trying to communicate to me.
- The more I honor my present needs the more I allow for Divine Inspiration to flow through me.
